-No call no show will be charged 100% of service and will be banned from booking again

-Cancelling within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of service fee and if not paid won't be able to book again

- If you are 15 minutes or more late i have the right to refuse service and charge it as a 24 hour cancellation

General Studio Policies

-Clients must be 18 years of age or older.

-Please text me when you have arrived for your appointment to see if I am ready for you.

-No Calls. Text only please! I don't have a set schedule or a receptionist, so this insures I can answer 24/7 ASAP during business hours

-Kids are not allowed inside the studio! Please come alone and do not bring any quests with you.

-Unfortunately if you are breastfeeding or pregnant the ONLY services you can receive are a brow wax or my oxygenating treatment

-Allergic reactions can happen at any time and are out of our control.

Initial Appointments
-Cancelling your appointment at anytime you will lose your booking fee

- Rescheduling 48 hours before your appointment you will lose your booking fee and have to pay another to rebook.

(You may reschedule if it's done before that.)

Touchup Appointments
-Cancelling/rescheduling 48 hours before your touchup appt you will owe 50% of service fee.
